This was due to a bug in the loading of flowchart box objects. It's fixed
in CVS now.

I think so to. The error made some boxes move *very* far away, making the
ps bounding box very large. Unfortunately you seem to have loaded and
saved your file, so the bad position of the box is saved in the file. You
need to edit it. Just load it into an editor (ungziped) and change the
*very* large numbers (like 2.34464e+166) to some sensible values.
