Very strange, it works for me. What locale (language) do you use?

This is a know problem (although i can't reproduce it myself right now).
It is probably some kind of reparenting bug in the tab widget in Gtk+.

No problems. Not everyone can fix stuff themself, but we can never fix
bugs if we don't know about them.
