That is quite rude not to attribute things like this. I know some of the
kde people were pissed off that the unreleased gtkhtml widget's source did
not mention that a lot of its ideas came from the khtml widget (although
no source code is shared).
It is probably just an oversight, so it would probably be enough to just
ask the kuml author to add something to the docs saying where those icons
came from.
