Hi,
I'm using Dia 0.84 on RedHat Linux 6.2 with Czech locales (cs_CZ). When I
export diagram to .eps or .svg, there is problem with floating points
in saved format. I think, that Dia gets the decimal separator from Czech
locales (where it is set to ",") and that's why .eps or .svg files aren't
readable by common programs (gv, sketch, ...).
