I just updated the grid support in dia a bit.

Now the grid settings are per diagram rather than per view, and are saved
with the diagram.  I also implemented jwz's idea of not making every grid
line visible (eg. only show every fifth line), so you can have a fine grid
for snapping to, but not show every line on the diagram.

I also replaced the edit grid dialog with a diagram properties one, which
also allows you to set the background colour of the diagram (setting the
background colour has been available for a long time, but not accessible
through the GUI -- if you edited your .dia file in the right way you could
change it).  The new dialog has a few buttons at the bottom, which makes
it a bit nicer to use as well.

I also added a place to store info on guides in the DiagramData structure
and the .dia save files, but haven't implemented any of the other guides
related stuff (eg. drawing them, snapping to them, adding/removing/moving
them).
