Moving objects around?

I'm *not* a Visio guru or design engineer... :-)  Having said that, I
want to use dia for some space planning right now.  I've mapped out the
rooms, and want to create a stock workspace (an area including desk,
spce for chair, etc) and be able to duplicate it, move them around,
change orientation, etc.  Is there any way to do this?
