    Libart is part of gnome-libs. Make sure have that. Also, if you use
    packages (like rpm), make sure you have installed the
    gnome-libs-devel-xxx.rpm package (or gnome-libs-dev-xxx.deb).
    If that fails, try to find the 'libart-config' script and check your
    PATH variable, making it include the directory where libart-config
    is installed.
