Gdk-pixbuf can be found off your closest ftp.gnome.org mirror. Note that
it also requires a number of image loading libraries (libpng, libjpeg,
libtiff, etc) to load some image types. You could also try
www.sunfreeware.com to see if it has any of the packages you need.
If you install the libart library (which is currently only distributed as
part of gnome-libs), then you can use the PNG export filter. Installing
all of gnome-libs will allow you to build gnome support for dia as well.

Do you really mean 0.2? Please try 0.86 if you are going to be reporting
problems. I don't know if we can help you with such an old version.
