These files are now maintained separately. Before submitting a patch,
please check if the most recent files works. I did this with some MacOS
X ports by just submitting the latest version of those files to the
maintainer of the ported package. I don't have the URL in hand, but
you'll find it from GNU autoconf homepage on http://www.gnu.org/
BTW I think that nonstopunix is Tandem own UNIX. Tandem has been bought
by Compaq (before DEC).
