There is a new release of autodia, that handles both C++ and Perl (simple
and real world level respectively).
Also the autodia site has been redesigned.

hopefully support for Java will be added in the next week or so and
advanced source code analysers will follow in a month using recursive
descent parsing or some other eqaully hairy method.

I was wondering how hard it would be to import the results of autodia (ie
plain Dia xml files) into a loaded dia on the fly - i.e. loading
'autodia.pl --config projectname.conf |' as if it were a file, which it
would be on unix or any unix-like system.
