If limonene and pectin are extracted it would seem like the remaining pulp
would be suitable for digestion, especially with other materials. Food for
thought.

When maintained hygenically there is a lot of pectin to extract from the
organe peels - not to mention good old marmalades - although some effort
at cleaning, sorting and taking the best ones would be required.
