For 30 kW you are probably looking at Chinese or Indian technology as "western" companies only think BIG (I may be wrong). Capstone micro-turbines may fit the bill though. What may be useful is to have 2-3 smaller units (actually Fiat used to supply one based on a Fiat 500cc engine I think) so you can adjust to gas production but still run at near full load (and you have a standby if one fails.
