Greetings Robin I have seen and herd of the difficulties with the project you are referring to: Issues that arise are and basted on the variation feed stock supplied. I would suggest you contact the people at Waste Solutions Dunedin NZ as they could assist and or advise in this type of project - I have also herd of a similar system in Northern Seattle/Canada - which will pay for their feedstock (they have a very simple system (Seattle) unlike the very complex system in Sydney) the Waste Solutions should have the sort of answer you will be looking for !!
