Biotech Ltd build AD units for markets wastes in Kerala, India. The first project was for a market that sold a lot of fish. It worked well, while there was a balance of vegetable wastes, but worked less well when the main feed material was fish. The report is from a group called Sandec, which is part of EAWAG, an aquatic research institute in Switzerland. They have done some very useful studies on the use of AD in processing various wastes in India and Africa.
