My only problem with Skype is that it lacks the four freedoms of software, and therefore is not intellectually usable to a high enough degree to allow ICTs in the developing world to modify it for their own needs.
If they would open the code and allow modification for this purpose, I would be happy. As it is, it just means that someone else will do it better later on, and perhaps allow for the modifications I speak of. ;-)
