As editor of the intenrational academic journal, On the Horizon, http://www.emeraldinsight.com/oth.htm I would be interested in an extended review/essay of this volume for the journal. Reviews are up to 5000 words and are considered the same as a scholarly publication as far as review for publication. The book may prove helpful for the question asked and also open up the discussion at a substantive level

I am working on my master thesis in library- and informaion science on digital democracy and digital divide. I need a good definition of the term digital democracy, one that is not only concerning elections and politics, but includes the community as a whole. Does anybody have a good definition that I can use?
