Dear DDN members I mentioned previously that SustainIT runs the UK eWell-Being awards that recognise and showcase individuals and organisations that use ICT to deliver real benefits to society. For this year's awards, we received 118 entries across the following 6 categories:
- Digital Inclusion - eGovernment - Disability Action - Environmental Efficiency - Mobility - Wireless The final short-list of 21 projects has been drawn up, and the winning and commended projects will be announced at the awards ceremony in London (30 St. Mary Axe - affectionately referred to as 'The Gherkin' - on March 14th. We have a few places left, so if any of you are in or around London on the 14th, and would like to attend then please let me know.
