Hi DDN community -

Last night i jotted down some ideas on my DDN blog about how the
mayors to our cities might want to offer an annual "Keyboard to the
City" award. I mentioned how this award would add some playfulness
into the lives of mayors and could do some good for our
communities. http://www.digitaldivide.net/blogs/

Imagine my surprise to receive an email this morning from noted
book author Bernie DeKoven saying he spotted my blog entry and
added it to his own blog. I have a hunch Google Alerts (or Yahoo
Alerts) informed him about this blog posting. (see below.)

The moral of this lesson? While you might think your DDN blog
entries are not being read by many people, the Internet works in
mysterious ways. The ideas you express on your DDN blog might
travel much further than you think.

And a new human connection is formed. I've been following Bernie
DeKoven's work for several years. And he's now blogging me on
his site?

             - Phil

Great little article, Phil. I blogged it in its entirety today.
