I just made it back into my apartmento here in Panama City, flipped on the TV and BBC World was talking about limitations of internet speed for specific usages, as well as the potential for there to be a bandwidth divide. It was actually quite good for people who are new to the internet, and I wish I had caught the beginning of it as it explained things that I have explained a few thousand times to new users and supposedly 'expert' users. I can't find it on BBCWorld.com :-(
They also mentioned the Digital Divide, though not directly. They were talking about the future where people with different levels of internet access would represent a divide. Don't look now...
