It's interesting to see that the Canadian government is also in the process of updating the Canadian Food Guide... And that they are promising to make an online version similar to the US one.
One can only hope that: A) They expand on the work of the province of Ontario to make it available in 30+ languages B) That the online version builds in some interesting ways to help various cultural groups to see their foods in the guide AND to introduce other Canadians to less familiar foods C) That the Canadian govt folks are reading this list and don't repeat the mistakes of the US version Terri Willard Project Manager, Knowledge Communications International Institute for Sustainable Development http://www.iisd.org _______________________________________________ DIGITALDIVIDE mailing list [email protected] http://mailman.edc.org/mailman/listinfo/digitaldivide To unsubscribe, send a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the body of the message.
