Interesting comments, Jayne... Meanwhile, the last two speakers here at the
conference have both made referencs to the digital divide and digital
literacy. A pleasant surprise.... -andy

Interesting. These are roughly the same barriers to organizations
involving online volunteers. The first thought is always that
Internet access is what keeps organizations from using a service like
www.onlinevolunteering.org, but we always found that lack of
understanding and experience with volunteer management, as well as
lack of Net literacy, were equal barriers.
