We are interested in being a source of used computers and capacity building if your project needs them. It seems that used PII sets with monitors can be gotten generally in Kenya for about $110 US and we provide them at $75 delivered at Mombasa with some printers, spare parts, and volunteer online support. We hear that there may be some at this same cost at Old Nation House in Nairobi.
