I think that you should consider a comprehensive literature review of
databases in technology, economics, social sciences and business for a
resource list on this topic including using Google Print (new), Google
Scholar, and Scirus all on the web free.  The commercial fee based
databases of services like OCLC First Search, DIALOG, DataStar, Cambridge
Scientific Abstracts, OVID and OVID SilverPlatter, and EBSCO should be
queried as well, each having up to a number of databases that should be
checked.  Inspec, ABI Inform, Business Source Premier, Applied Technology
Abstracts and the new communications database in EBSCO as well as EconLit
are databases that would be especially important to check.
