Help me spread the word about positions with the Community Technology
Empowerment Project.   Experience bridging the digital divide:
* with cutting edge media, education, assistive, and information technology,
* in a progressive national service program,
* with team members of diverse expertise and backgrounds,
* in a global community technology movement,
* for the social, civic, and economic empowerment of local low income and
new-Immigrant residents.

25, one-year, full-time national service positions for people of all ages
and backgrounds are open now:
* Technology literacy positions: promote basic technology skills to low
income and new immigrant residents
* Media production positions: create video, web, and multimedia products
that deliver critical information to low income and new immigrant residents
* Organizer/outreach positions: educate organizations and residents on the
benefits and opportunities of community media, technology, and broadband.

In return, members receive:  living allowance, health and dental benefits,
education award, and professional development.
