Well, i will like to say that its true that fairly used computers are been sent to developing countries but not dumped because they are used in educating the people, due its old an dsome times not in good conditions . Here in Nigeria were i come from the old computers are almost every where they ar eused in cafe's, Hospitals, and ICTcentres to Empower the youths, women etc. my main concern is the attittude of sendiong old computers to developing countries using Nigeria as an example, we have the enprove on what is sent to these developing countries.
