[DDN] Wanted: Project Manager for Open Source 'Issues Management' Solution

  We're looking for someone who would be interested in volunteering their time 
and 
  expertise in project management to assist with building an Open Source
  Issues Management solution for the Web.
   
  The objective of this project is to build an open source pilot program that 
can be distributed freely on the Web that will enable constituents and elected 
officials the ability to interact in a more collaborative fashion, while saving 
time and money with issue tracking and resolution, thereby seeking to minimize 
redundant phone calls, 
  e-mail, and faxing with regard to legislative issues.
