I'm trying to keep the group going, as I think there is a role for it to play. However, I have to ease up, so, if I can find a Managing Director, I'm going to make myself "Executive" Director, meaning I can meddle but I don't have to work. Essential Qualifications: * Familiarity with the issues (international blogging and free speech) * Experience with blogging and other Web 2.0 technologies * Experience producing, editing, organizing and publishing content * Good research skills * Good at producing and implementing ideas and solving problems * Belief in the primacy of free speech over its competitors Qualifications that would be nice to have: * Experience with non-profits * Fund-raising and grant-writing know-how We're an officially recognized nonprofit now (in the eyes of the U.S. government anyway), so we can do fundraising, including grant writing. Until then, the position would be paid with the imaginary coinage of self-regard. (I spent all mine.)
