I mean, optical frequency imaging ("a photo"), 1-3m resolution (1px =
3m, e.x.), and a digital elevation map (DEM) showing elevation of
foliage for purposes of line-of-sight radio link planning, at a
similar resolution. This would be enough to do what Google Earth
does, and also to calculate viewsheds upon eyeballing potential tower
locations.
