I have been writing monthly a brief article for the Newsletter of the American
Canadian Association in Peru in which I always refer to a few webs in English,
some in Spanish and some bilingual. There are three articles on books online
that may be of help to you...especially the one on childrens books. I am
sending you a list of the articles I have done because I think you will find
those about capacity training in Spanish of interest too.

By the way I find your contributions to the DDN very helpful. Best wishes,
Marcia Koth de Paredes

I am looking for two online resources in Spanish: one regarding
making web sites accessible for multiple browsers and for people
using assistive technologies; and one regarding online safety for
children.

And recommendations?
