Larry , your report comes at a great time. The congress needs this
information badly, and the public probably needs it in small doses because they
have
been led to believe that there is no digital divide.
I work with the groups in the NSF network. One magic place is at the Access
Center, and another is at the NCSA meetings with their groupings of educators
and projects. I don't formally work for them, I learn from them. I just quoted
some of their resources to the groups.
Here is a better way of learning about these resources

The Grid is amazing and wonderful. There are great projects going on and
Teragrid is new.
Teachers , educators were eligible for the Supercomputing Conference in Tampa
on their own merit.

The information you have given us I would like to share with a AAAS
conference symposium that will be held in San Francisco, California and will
share
electronically, but also do powerpoints and discussion in the symposium. How
wonderful it was to have this information at ISTE NECC.

Thank you for all of this wonderful work. My international friends are also
pleased to have this information.
