Dell Opens First Learning Centre At Cerebral Palsy Centre PENANG, August 11 (Bernama) -- Dell Malaysia opened its first "Dell Learning Centre" at Penang' s Cerebral Palsy Children Associaton centre in line with its commitment to make technology available to all by bridging the digital divide. Its Asia operations vice-president Simon Wong said the computer company allocated about RM120,000 to equip the centre with 20 high-end desktop computers, an all-in-one photo printer, a laser network printer and three touch-screen monitors.
