One IMO extremely important but all-too-often overlooked concern
is accessibility for people with disabilities, so that they can
participate fully in collaborative creation and updating of
content.

Can someone recommend a good CMS with good accessibility features?
Type3 and Plone have been recommended to me, but for a relatively
simple site like ours ( http://siug.ch ), a much simpler system
would be better.  Ideally something that avoids depending on MySQL
or equivalent, we don't have that many pages that storing them in
a database system would make much sense.
