This is actually a great release, not just an emergency bug fix.

One very minor issue: if you attempt to build phobos on Win32, and you don't have masm386 installed, you need to touch src\druntime\src\rt\minit.obj This is because the date of minit.asm was changed, even though the file itself was unchanged.
