It's not really. The t-shirt at "DON'T LOSE YOUR SHIRT" is US-only unless you pay for shipping, and WEB SUPPORTER inherits that. You can support it regardless of your location. You just don't get free shipping for the t-shirt outside of the US. - Jonathan M Davis
