Thanks for your work. Gave it a try and got the message below when
building with dub. (The blog post [2] resulted in "404 Not found".)
The fixes for your specific errors are in, but I'm unable to compile on
Linux right now to verify. In future, please report all such issues on
the issue tracker at github.
