All you need to do is to import layout2dot. And call TreeLayoutToDot on your database.it will give you back a string which you can then give to graph-viz. If dot produces anything but a small-height big-width picture you should really vacuum your database.
I just updated ~master with a little tool that will print a
dot-file with describing the internal Tree-structure of database.
