Terminal Manipulation Library In D

Hi! I’ve created a small and basic terminal manipulation library 
in the D programming language.

**Termlib currently supports:**
- Colored and non-colored buffers
- Styled text
- Integration with `arsd.simpledisplay` (Work in Progress)
