dll.html "Writing Win32 DLLs in D" includes an example def-file with the line

DATA            PRELOAD SINGLE

which causes multiple processes that use the same DLL to share memory. This is
not the normal use case for DLLs and causes crashes.

It should be

DATA         PRELOAD MULTIPLE
