This page http://www.d-programming-language.org/interfaceToC.html states:

"There are no const or volatile type modifiers in D. To declare a C function
that uses those type modifiers, just drop those keywords from the declaration."

Is this still true in D 2.0?  There's a whole section in the Language Reference
about the "const" keyword and the compiler seems to accept it when creating C
bindings.
