According to run.dlang.io it's a regression from 2.087.0:

2.084.1 to 2.086.1: Failure with output: onlineapp.d(16): Error:
`__traits(getMember, S!(), "fun")` does not give a valid type
Since      2.087.1: Segfault and no output
