It only appears on Extensions -> Manage Extensions -> Roaming Extension
Manager.
There are 2 options: Stop Roaming and Download.
The Download button is greyed out.
I have tried downloading both the 1.2 version(the one found directly inside the
extension navigator) and the 1.3.1 version.
This all happened on a fresh VS install (17.6.5) .
