No they are mismatched.

Inside a /+ ... +/, the /* ... */ is not special. Therefore, the tokenizer,
using greedy match, recognizes the input as:

<start-of-nestable-comment> /+
<comment-text>              /*
                            *
<start-of-nestable-comment> /+
<comment-text>              /
                            void main() {}

Therefore you have two +/ unmatched.
