Generating a di file from

---
module test;
import std.stdio : writeln;
---

via "dmd -H -o- test.d" generates

---
// D import file generated from 'test.d'
module test;
import std.stdio;
---

which might create an uncompilable di file due to symbol ambiguities. It can
also spread across more modules if the import is public.
