Summary: make unittest should test the gcstub version of
druntime as well.

When I added the code to deal with array append caches, I broke dll support
because it depends on gcstub, and that was not tested in the unit test system.
Recently, another modification of druntime broke it in the same way.
It would be nice if make -f OS.mak unittest also built gcstub version of GC and
tested. Even if all the functions are stubbed out to call malloc temporarily,
at least it tests that the lib itself can be built and works properly.
