It would be nice if Ddoc would organize symbols by visibility (public,
protected) when generating documentation for a module. Public should go first,
then protected and so on. I wouldn't mind if private symbols were included as
well put hidden by default. Then having a buttons the toggles the visibility of
the different levels of symbol visibility.
