This issue can't really be definitively solved, it is here to remind people
that code examples are never good enough.
If you see a Phobos question+answer at D.learn
(http://forum.dlang.org/group/digitalmars.D.learn) or D stack overflow
(http://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/d) that has no code example in
Phobos documentation, write that code example. Next time you see that question,
you can link to the example.
