Article about D in the Russian Wikipedia is terribly small and does not reveal
the essence of language. Besides the example `Hello, World!` there's nothing
there. In a large scale to expand and rework the article! Need to add examples
with lambda functions, templates, mixins, etc. Briefly describe strengths of D,
etc. Thousands of people are looking at this page and can not see anything
other than `Hello, World!` :)
