Found the old D programs in this repo: https://github.com/kragen/shootout

So far, nobody seems to have done anything about this benchmarking? I started
my own.

The D programs need some overhaul and fixing. The C/C++ programs are chosen
quite randomly. Still lots of work left. ;)
