2.069 added some predefined version identifiers in forms of CRuntime_xxx.

In document: CRuntime_Digitalmars ( small 'm' ).
Correct:     CRuntime_DigitalMars

The compiler ignores this kind of errors silently...

I'll make a PR for this.
