I'm verifying the sizes of the structs in Win32 headers.
This is the first PR of problems I found.

For instance:
- Simply missing fileds or structs
- Unions has orphan structs which do not get instances
- Asymmetric pairs for x86/x64
- Asymmetric pair for ANSI/Unicode
